The investment, led by Nexus Venture Partners with participation from existing investor Lightspeed, marks a pivotal moment for the company as it aims to redefine fashion shopping with its innovative 60-minute delivery model.
Slikk, which targets Gen Z and millennials, offers a unique Try & Buy model with rapid refunds and instant returns. This customer-centric approach, combined with ultra-fast delivery, has positioned the startup as a game-changer in the Indian fashion and beauty market. The platform currently operates in major urban areas and plans to expand its geographic reach with the fresh capital.
The funding will also support category expansion into new segments like beauty and accessories, alongside scaling operations to include up to 500 brands. Slikk aims to enhance its infrastructure with additional dark stores, targeting six to eight new facilities to streamline its hyperlocal delivery network.
Having previously secured $3.2 million in a seed round earlier this year, Slikk has shown consistent growth and investor confidence. The startup’s focus on speed and curated offerings resonates with the fast-paced lifestyle of its target audience, setting it apart from traditional e-commerce platforms.
