About the role
Firecrawl is the easiest way for developers to gather LLM-ready data from the web. We need an air-traffic controller for our content runway—someone who keeps the Linear board humming, HubSpot contacts engaged, and n8n/Zapier bots doing the boring stuff so the team can focus on shipping and shouting wins. If you thrive in organized chaos, write fluently for engineers, and turn manual toil into slick automations, this is your gig.
What you'll do
-
Own the Content Calendar (Linear)
Keep every topic, deadline, and asset on track. Nothing ships late, nothing falls through the cracks.
-
Creator CRM Wrangler (HubSpot)
Build and maintain pipelines for influencers and freelance dev-writers: source talent, recruit the right voices, and automate follow-ups.
-
Technical Writing & Content Polish
Transform AI drafts or contributor posts into crystal-clear docs, tutorials, and release notes that delight developers.
-
Automation Architecture (n8n/Zapier)
Design flows and quick scripts to eliminate repetitive tasks—publishing, reporting, outreach, you name it.
-
Multi-Channel Coordination
Keep content flowing across blog, social, email, and community. Track performance and iterate fast.
-
Asset & Design Support (Figma)
Jump in for quick graphic tweaks, thumbnails, or lightweight video trims when needed.
What makes you a great fit
-
Systems Thinker — Chaos becomes order in your hands.
-
Technical Fluency — Comfortable with APIs, scripting, and explaining webhooks or rate limits in plain English.
-
Automation-First Mindset — If it can be automated, you’ll make it so.
-
Speed Over Perfection — 90 % today beats 100 % next week.
-
Self-Starter DNA — Side projects, indie SaaS, or open-source contributions show you act without permission.
-
Internet Native — You know what’s trending, what’s tired, and where the dev conversation is headed.
You'll stand out if you
- Led marketing ops or DevRel content at a seed–Series C startup.
- Ran content, outreach, and ops solo as a builder-founder.
- Are an ex-founder—big plus.
- Operated large creator programs, keeping dozens of voices on-brand and on-schedule.
- Shipped your own products or content that gained real traction.
- Can point to specific automations or systems you built that scaled impact.
