Job description:
Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
Stock Taking
Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
Interacts with directors and manager to carry out their requests
Creates agendas and takes meeting notes
Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
Attends workshops and conferences when requested
Take care of website functions (E-commerce and social media profiles)

Open to Singaporean only
Must be able to speak and write in English and Mandarin (As need to alias with China counterpart that speak and write Mandarin)
Prior Office Management Experience Preferred
Proficient in Excel Spreadsheet
